I have worked around construction and project economics from multiple sides: consultant, owner, developer and SME operator. That range makes me interested in what happens between the drawings and the commercial outcome.

Quantity surveying foundation

My BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying gave me a disciplined way to think about scope, quantities, cost, procurement and contractual risk.

Development experience

Development forces different trade-offs: planning, site constraints, design, funding, market demand, procurement and exit all interact.

Sustainable building interest

My interest in embodied energy led into hands-on work with lower-impact materials and hemp-lime systems. I remain interested in technologies that can reduce impact while still making sense on site.
